Emerald Thinking is an independent, data-driven customer experience agency based in the heart of London. They wanted a new way to communicate who they are and what they do. It needed to be easy to understand, demystify data and get across how they are different from all other data agencies. They called upon us to meet the challenge and produce the complete communications package for their team.

We get to know you

We took time to understand Emerald’s business. We got to know their team and what makes them tick. By doing this we were able to produce an effective, animated video that explains everything you need to know about Emerald in 90 seconds. And all produced in a style that reflects their personality as a company.

Human Side

The Emerald team are warm, welcoming characters with big hearts, so we created two additional films to show the human side to the way they work. We complemented these with a full suite of creative photography and new branding to sit on a spangly new website. All produced by Indigo to reflect Emerald’s values and unique approach.

Getting Social

All of our projects are shot with social media in mind. Need a film formatted for Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? No problem, it’s all part of our service.

Our social media films are formatted in either 1:1 or 9:16 and edited down to under 60 seconds to ensure maximum engagement.

We wanted a way to get across how we are different from all other data agencies. Indigo were amazing, they took the time to understand our business, to understand who we are as a team.
