River Cruising on the Rhine

We were delighted to play a major role in launching Saga’s new fleet of river cruise ships and bringing to life their concept of ‘Boutique River Cruising’. Tasked with creating the first official imagery since Saga rebranded in 2021, we organised a series of photographic and film shoots that would define the Saga visual identity for years to come.

Integrated Campaign

We worked closely with Saga’s marketing team to plan a detailed, integrated campaign where all the creative assets we produced would be unified as one ‘family’ under the new branding. We carefully planned the casting of models, animation, graphics and photoshop work well ahead of any footage being shot. We understood exactly what Saga’s vision was to avoid any wasted time when filming on the river cruise ships.

Go with the Flow

Filming on a working cruise ship is hectic and disruptions to schedules can make waves. Luckily, Indigo’s team are never out of their depth and are experienced at thinking on their feet. We have a calm, agile way of working that not only gets the job done but puts everyone involved at ease. Being able to think creatively when all plans change is so important and can produce fantastic work. In the end it all was plain sailing and the results were very well received by Saga and their audience.
