Inspiring Future Development

Inner Circle Consulting (ICC) is a consultancy that works with public and private sector clients to deliver better cities, towns and places. The team at Indigo was initially brought in to help ICC strengthen their staff development program through film and animation. We helped them realise how ‘film for business’ could play a larger part in promoting what they do, within the organisation and to new recruits.

Long-term relationships

Once we learnt that Olympian and four-time world sailing champion Annie Lush was delivering a motivational presentation to the team at ICC, we seized the opportunity to film Annie and create a perfect snapshot of the great ethos ICC have. Using the footage from this single day, we provided our client with several films to use for staff development, as well as promotional content to use for their website, business awards and social media.

Representing women

ICC asked for a film celebrating the women in their workforce, as part of International Women’s Day 2022. We suggested that the directors and members of the team get on camera and just talk honestly and passionately about the company and what it’s like to work there. After some coaching, initial hesitation gave way to inspiration, allowing us to capture a lot of strong material in one day. We delivered above and beyond the client’s expectation.

All of our projects are shot with social media in mind. Need a film formatted for Facebook, Twitter or Instagram? No problem, it’s all part of our service.

Our social media films are formatted in either 1:1 or 9:16 and edited down to under 60 seconds to ensure maximum engagement.
