Emerald Thinking is an independent, boutique data driven customer experience agency based in the heart of London. As a data driven agency it’s absolutely key that their clients understand what they do. They needed a way of communicating who they are and what they do in a way that’s easy to understand, they had to demystify data and get across how they are different from all other data agencies. Indigo were called upon to rise to the challenge and produce the complete communications package for the Emerald team.

WE GET TO KNOW YOU

We took time to understand Emerald’s business and get to know their team and what makes them tick. By doing this the Indigo team were able to produce an effective, refined animated explainer video that tells you everything you need to know about Emerald in 90 seconds. All produced in a style that reflects their personalities.

HUMAN SIDE

The Emerald team are warm, welcoming characters with big hearts, so two additional films were created to help you understand the human side their approach. These complimented by creative photography and extensive new branding that sits on a spangly new website. All produced by Indigo to reflect Emerald’s values and unique approach.
