Helping to Make Veg Cool with Hugh!

The Food Foundation is registered charity with a mission to change food policy and business practice to ensure everyone can afford and access a healthy diet. Each year they hold a conference at London’s City Hall. Indigo , being their main provider of film and photography, are on hand to document the day. As well as a comprehensive photoshoot, the whole day’s events are filmed and a variety of short films created for web, social and broadcast.

CELEBRITY SUPPORT

The conference was given valuable support by a host of celebrity chefs, doctors and industry experts, with one of the main contributors being TV chef Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall who was a fantastic ambassador for the cause. It was also great interviewing Rosie Boycott – Chair of the London Food Board, Bee Wilson – Food journalist and author and Dr Ranjan Chatterjee from BBC One’s Doctor in the House.

BBC - EAT MORE VEG

After the event we were contacted by the BBC, who were working with Hugh on his latest TV series. They wanted to put together a show highlighting The Vegetable Summit and asked us if we would supply footage of the event to be used in the show. Of course we were happy to oblige and add further support to the simple message – Eat More Veg!
