From the impressive VA Headquarters, the Cabin Crew’s intensive training program at their state of the art training centre in Crawley, to the inner sanctum of Virgin Atlantic’s cabin crew gatehouse at Heathrow, we immersed ourselves in the first-class culture of the airline and produced several films for their recruitment program capturing the values at the heart of everything they do.
Working alongside our partners at Amberjack the end result was an award winning candidate experience that educates as well as optimising the whole recruitment process.
Our films have helped create powerful, tailored and flexible recruitment solutions for many companies including Mars, Unilever and Virgin Media, picking up many awards along the way. Truly taking off recently with Virgin Atlantic and winning Best Employer Brand Development and Candidate Experience at the Recruiter Awards 2023.
Our team have a new level of respect for cabin crew after filming the incredibly intense health and safety training. Safety is always the highest priority for Virgin Atlantic cabin crew and it was our duty as filmmakers to do this justice. From pre-production through to the edit, we worked with the airline to ensure every single detail was prepared correctly.
